Directly funded by inward remittances from abroad, or funded by a bilateral or multilateral International Financing Agency, or cleared by an appropriate authority, or a company or entity in India, provided that a contract for the project has been granted a Term Loan by an Indian bank or a Public Financial Institution. Project Office Registration is necessary to establish a business presence in India.


Requirements for registering a society-


● For, online society registration in Delhi, a minimum of 7 members is required for a society in a state.

● In the case of a national society, however, a minimum of 8 members, each from a separate state, is required.

● One member from Delhi with an Aadhar card and one address proof is required for society

registration in Delhi. It could be a voter identification card, a water bill, or an electricity bill.

● Apart from one individual, every other person must be from a different state when

registering in Delhi.

● Each member's name must be signed on the memorandum of association, which is then

filed with the registrar of joint-stock corporations.
